Free archaeology survey training

Join us on an archaeological treasure hunt! This will be a Level 1 Archaeological Survey training event for those wishing to learn about how to begin a survey of potential archaeological features, ranging from prehistoric to post-medieval.

We will be using information including Lidar images and aerial photos as well as learning how to look for clues in the landscape. Bring waterproof boots or wellies and be prepared to walk over rough and boggy terrain.
