Explore wildlife in the dark with a short night-time walk, moth trapping and more. Find out what you can see in the Redesdale night sky in our stargazing workshop (shared equipment and instruction provided). Learn how lighting can affect wildlife and what you can do to reduce your impact. Returning the following morning we will discover what wildlife our traps and cameras have recorded overnight.
Please bring a torch (with a red-light setting if possible), warm and waterproof outdoor clothing and footwear suitable for walking in a potentially muddy wood.
Booking is essential. This event is suitable for ages 11+. All persons under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. No dogs please.
