Join Karen Collins, our Revitalising Redesdale Heritage and Engagement Officer, to hear about the huge range of historic environment and volunteer supported community archaeology investigations and excavations which have been undertaken as part of the programme’s activities. Be amongst the first to hear about some of their exciting Iron Age to Roman finds.
The talk will be followed at 11.30 – 12.15 by a discussion about setting up a Redesdale Archaeology Group, to allow a community archaeology programme to continue into the future once the Revitalising Redesdale Landscape Partnership Programme ends in September 2022.
You are welcome to come along to just one or both of these sessions and the same Zoom registration will work for both.
Both sessions are free but you do need to register to attend.
